To be eligible for a replacement, all of the following conditions must be met:
- All replacements must be claimed with support@hammerhead.io and a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number obtained prior to shipping.
- Check our Warranty Policy to see if your unit is eligible for replacement.
- Hammerhead Navigation is not responsible for general wear and tear on your unit.
- Hammerhead Navigation will not accept returns of, or issue replacements for, products purchased through unauthorized third-party resellers or distributors.
