    I submitted a question thru chat, but this looks like a better place.

    Due to surgery, I have been off my bike since October. My Karoo had no remaining charge, so I plugged it in to get the latest updates, but it won't switch on. I see the battery icon, which blinks a few times then disappears. I've tried directly through a power outlet, and through a USB port, but neither method seems to charge the battery. Is there a way to replace the battery, or is the unit just dead? I hope not.
