its now Jan 26th and I have yet to receive any information about my order, I placed it in July! You keep saying all will be shipped before the end of January.......is this still true?

I hear what you are saying, but honestly all that's happening is we are getting ever more frustrated with these announcements and push back after push back.
Its now the 29th Jan and I reckon I will/should be in the queue of the first dispatches, indeed I received your email regards confirming my details address had not change, very encouraging. As someone who wants to support your product I put my hard earned cash on your table on 18th June 2017.
To be honest I am so close to cancelling my order and probably will if the end of month deadline passes and no dispatch, sorry.

I would, also, echo the same sentiments as noted above. The company's standard response, from a customer's perspective, doesn't give any more detail that hasn't already been expressed. Sharing more info with those that have committed $$$'s (albeit at a discounted rate) should be standard practice at this point. I think all of us would understand if additional delays have been incurred, but communication should be your #1 priority. Regards...
I must agree with the above. You are not communicating well. On Jan 9 you sent an email saying orders that were received prior to mid September 2017 should receive their Karoo by the end of January 2018. It is now February and I do not have my order. I can accept this much better if more communication was sent out about the delay. Please let us know what is going on!

Update: I received my shipping notice today along with a DHL tracking number. My order date was 8/2/2017.
