Does Hammerhead Karoo have a crash replacement policy?

Yes. We have an industry-leading crash replacement policy and are able to offer a certified unit for a discounted price.

• Karoo Crash Replacements cost $199.
• Karoo 2 Crash Replacements cost $249.
  

Please note a few things:

1. The damaged unit needs to be under warranty.

2. We need to have the damaged unit returned back to us(In any condition).

3. Crash replacement units are shipped within two business days. Standard shipping is included for all orders.

4. Any devices sold under the crash replacement policy are subject to our standard Warranty Policy.

5. This offer does not expire, provided we have Units available with which to fulfill your order.
