Symptoms: 1) Routes made on Dashboard are not syncing to Karoo and vice versa. 2) Listing of routes and activities are slow and sometimes may show as empty.

Explanation: We have identified this as an issue in the database connection between the dashboard server and our database. Although we have kept redundant and failsafe measures there are infrequent instances of database queries taking longer and thus timing out on the dashboard. This is a transient issue while we are upgrading the database server to the latest version that has the fixes for this issue.
Workaround: Refreshing the screen a few moments later will usually show the routes again.
