Route downloads failing from Dashboard

    Please note that when you do this, offline map sections are all redownloaded after you re log into your Karoo.

    @Hammerhead, why aren't offline maps retained during the log sign out / sign on routine?

    Not all of my routes on dashboard are on my device.  I have tried signing out and then back again.  still no difference

    Strange, now that I have returned from my first time using the Karoo they are now all there, even the ones that I added when I was out.  

    My first impression is very good :)

    Well maybe it was just something this afternoon.  I did try to plot a route when I was out using my phone.  I made the route but it didn't show up on the Karoo.  So I'm guessing that as its still beta those things will get sorted out.  

    As far as the device goes, I'm very pleased. I'm not really interested in using it as a training device, I want it to get me from A to B.

    I've been using a Garmin Edge Touring -- complete load of rubbish (in my opinion) :)

    i have the same disappointing experiences: 
    i up-loaded a number of 28 routes to the dashboard which were only completely transferred to my karoo after multiple time-consuming factory data resets (before several times 1-4 routes had always been missing). now i tried to add a few further routes (one-by-one) and never succeeded despite my close following these hints here. in fact it's now three additional routes, two of which are queued, one shows downloading at 0% with no progress at all, although i tried everything like rebooting, signing out and in again, deleting and re-uploading of the routes to the dashboard...
    also the download of just one single offline map doesn't work. no pogress now already for more than a week!
    when will this been fixed?

    This workaround doesn't work for me. Tried signing out and in on both my Karoo (firmware 1.5.111.3) and Dashboard, but all with NO success.

    Did try again just now. Allthough I get a message that the data is synced, I still can't see my routes. When I look a my Hammerhead account on the Karoo, it shows "account verified" in a green label. However, the email field shows "NA" which is odd. Can't edit this field. Maybe this has something to do with it, that the sync doesn't work as it should?

    So the question is : How should I sync the routes from the dashboard to my Karoo?

    Well, today I got some progress. I just created a totally new account. I wiped the Karoo clean and signed up for a new account. First my e-mal address didn't show up and showed "NA". This time my e-mail address was visible. After verifying my e-mail address I created a new route on the Dashboard and the route was synced almost instantanously!

    I created my first account via my Karoo. Then tried to log in on the Dashboard, but I couldn't. Then created a new account via the Dashboard, verified my e-mail address and logged in on the Karoo. Somehow I think this was the begining of the trouble with the syncing.

    Glad it is solved now.
