    Yes @Gareth, this will avoid you having to do a full factory reset to resolve the TbT not working issues for some. This instruction is to be used in conjunction with the TbT workaround

    Hi Raveen,

    I followed the instructions above, but when starting a route with navigation, still "waiting for instruction"...

    didn't work for me this workaround/solution

    It seems to me that "Clear All Navigation Data from the Karoo"  can be done in a more user friendly, direct & faster way than the How to explaiins

    My way to do this - is quite simple ( I guess it's designed for)....

    1) Start at the Karoo Homescreen* (the screen with the 7 options)

    2) Click at Settings

    3) Scroll down and click at the one last option: "Factory data reset"

    4) It's about a "local' remove of your Hammerhead Account & Data. After this reset - you need to re-logiin and all your Account and Device Data will be restored from the Hammerhead server.

    Attention > Only your routes are not yet restored for Off-line use.. To make the routes you want  to use Available for Offline - please go to the Karoo Homescreen* and click at Routes. Here you'll see your routes and make the routes you want to use Available for Offline use.

    *If you are in a different menu - press & hold the right-down button for at least 2 seconds and this will bring you direct to the Karoo Homescreen.
