Numeric Data fields:
Speed  The current rate of travel. 
Average Speed  The average speed for the current activity. 
Max Speed  The top speed for the current activity. 
3s Average Speed  The 3second average speed of the current activity. 
5s Average Speed  The 5second average speed of the current activity. 
10s Average Speed  The 10second average speed of the current activity. 
Distance  The distance traveled for the current ride/activity. 
Distance to Destination  The remaining distance to the final destination. You must be navigating for this data to appear. 
Distance to Next Turn  The remaining distance to the next turn. You must be navigating for this data to appear. 
Heart Rate  Your heart rate in beats per minute (bpm). Your device must be connected to a compatible heart rate monitor. 
Heart Rate Zone  The current range of your heart rate (1 to 5). 
Average Heart Rate  The average heart rate for the current activity. 
Max Heart Rate  Maximum heart rate for the current activity. 
Percentage of Max HR  The percentage of maximum heart rate. 
Percentage HRR  The percentage of heart rate reserve (maximum heart rate minus resting heart rate). 
Average % of HRR  The average percentage of heart rate reserve (maximum heart rate minus resting heart rate) for the current activity. 
Cadence  In cycling, cadence (or pedaling rate) is the number of revolutions of the crank per minute; roughly speaking, this is the rate at which a cyclist is pedaling/turning the pedals. Cadence is not related to wheel speed but is a distinct measurement. Cadence is simply the speed at which you pedal. Cyclists measure this in revolutions per minute, or rpm. So, if onefoot pedals a full circle about once every second, you are cycling at 60 rpm. 
Average Cadence  The average cyclist pedals at about 60 rpm, but advanced cyclists pedal at much higher cadences, from at least 80 rpm to more than 100 rpm. Obviously, gears play a large role in cadence and how it translates into performance. Optimal cadence is in the 90100 rpm range and we want to encourage cyclists to learn about this. 
Max Cadence  The highest speed at which you pedal. 
3s Average Cadence  The 3second average speed at which you pedal. 
5s Average Cadence  The 5second average speed at which you pedal. 
10s Average Cadence  The 10second average speed at which you pedal. 
Power  The current power output in watts. Your device must be connected to a compatible power meter.

20 min Avg Power  The 20 minutes moving average of power output. 
1 hr Avg Power  The 1hour moving average of power output. 
Pedal Power Balance  The current left/right power balance. 
Pedal Smoothness 
The measurement of how evenly a rider is applying force to the pedals throughout each pedal stroke.

Torque Effectiveness  The measurement of how efficiently a rider is pedaling. 
Power to Weight  The amount of power output in watts per kilogram. 
Energy Output  Energy Output measures the amount of work you’ve done during a ride, expressed in kilojoules (KJ). It is a factor of how much you’re pedaling, how fast you’re pedaling and how much force you’re exerting on the pedals (measured in W). 
Calories from Power  A close 1–to–1 ratio with Total Work/energy output and Calories expended during a ride. 
Calorie Burn Rate  Number of Calories burnt per hour. 
Variability Index  Algorithm showing how smooth or evenly paced an athlete's power output was during a race or work out. 
Lap Number  The number of the current lap. 
Lap Distance  The distance traveled for the current lap. 
Lap Max Speed  The maximum speed for the current lap. 
Lap Speed  The average speed for the current lap. 
Lap Max Heart Rate  The average percentage of maximum heart rate for the current lap. 
Lap Heart Rate  The average heart rate for the current lap. 
Lap Cadence  The average cadence for the current lap or a selected single lap. 
Lap Max Cadence  The maximum cadence for the current lap or a selected single lap. 
Lap Power  The power output for the lap. 
Lap Max Power  The top power output for the current lap. 
Lap Time  The stopwatch time for the current lap. 
Lap Ascent  The elevation distance ascended for the lap. 
Lap Descent  The elevation distance descended for the lap. 
Lap Min Elevation  The minimum elevation distance for the lap. 
Lap Max Elevation  The maximum elevation distance for the lap. 
Lap Elevation  The average elevation distance for the lap. 
Current Elevation  The altitude of your current location above or below sea level. 
Ascent  The total elevation distance ascended since the start of the ride. 
Descent  The total elevation distance descended since the start of the ride. 
Current Grade %  The calculation of rise (elevation) over run (distance). For example, if for every 3 m (10 ft.) you climb you travel 60 m (200 ft.), the grade is 5%. 
Vertical Speed  The rate of ascent or descent over time. 
Min Elevation  The lowest point of elevation of the ride. 
Max Elevation  The highest point of elevation of the ride. 
Avg Elevation  The avg of maximum and minimum elevation of the ride 
Total Time  Time since the ride first began, including pauses. For example, if you start the timer and ride for 10 minutes, then stop the timer for 5 minutes, then start the timer and ride for 20 minutes, your total time for this ride is 35 minutes. 
Time of Day  The time of day based on your current location and time settings (format, time zone, daylight saving time). 
Ride Time  Total time of the ride excluding paused time. 
Paused Time  Time spent stationary since ride first began. 
Time to Destination  The estimated time remaining before you reach the destination at a 12.5 mph average. You must be navigating for this data to appear. 
Time of Arrival  The estimated time of arrival at your destination using the distance to the destination at a 12.5 mph average. 
Sunrise  Time of Sunrise based on current location. 
Sunset  Time of Sunset based on current location. 
Civil Dawn  Time of Civil Dawn based on current location. 
Civil Dusk  Time of Civil Dusk based on current location. 
Time to Sunrise  Time remaining till Sunrise based on current location. 
Time to Sunset  Time remaining till Sunset based on current location. 
Time to Civil Dawn  Time remaining till Civil Dawn based on current location. 
Time to Civil Dusk  Time remaining till Civil Dusk based on current location. 
Gears 
The current Gear Ratio in numbers. 
Shifting Battery %  Battery percentage of the Di2. 
Shifting Mode (Di2)  The Shift mode (S1, S2, M) selected inside Sensors info. 
Front Gear  The current gear on the front ring. 
Rear Gear  The current gear on the front ring. 
Shift Count  Number of shifts in ride. 
Battery  The remaining battery power. 
Temperature  The temperature of the air. Your body temperature affects the temperature sensor. 
Graphical Data fields:
Heart Rate  Circular Zone 
Shows the current heart rate in a colored circle which slides to the right or left depending on how the value maps to the rider's zones. The circle changes colors and animates as it moves in and out of different zones. 
Heart Rate Zone  Zone Gauge  The current range of your heart rate. The default zones are based on your user profile and maximum heart rate (220 minus your age). They can also be personalized. The number of Zones can be customized from 310. 
Time in HR Zone  The time of HR output based on your FTP or custom settings. 
Power  Circular Zones  Shows the current power in a coloured circle which slides to the right or left depending on how the value maps to the rider's zones. The circle changes colours and animates as it moves in and out of different zones. The number of Zones can be customized from 310.
