User created live segments?

Is it possible to drop a user created live segment onto the Karoo? There are tools such as sauce for strava that allow you to generate your own live segments as .fit files. On Garmin you can drop them into a specific folder and they'll show up. This gets around Strava limitations on not displaying downhill segments, and lets you choose a specific goal time, etc.
