When is the new update coming up?

    This is a warning for us for don’t upgrade the unit as soon as the new software arrives…the last ones tend to be buggy! They should allow us the possibility to downgrade software, or at least, make beta ones with minor bug fixes!

    You really have got to be kidding me... I have provided you @Hammerhead with full reproduction scenario and a ready fix for the Strava Virtual Ride bug - see ticket #111078 a MONTH ago. And the simply fix has still not made it into the firmware?! What are you guys waiting for???

    If anyone knows what planet HH is on, as they're certainly not on ours... there're umpteen/many aspects that need altering but no, nothing - no rectifying!

    After installing the software updated, I initially got a message saying the sensor app had crashed and needed to restart, then when I started a ride (at my desk mind you, not on the bike), and pressed pause the device turned itself off... 

    I have to question though why HH are focussing on making everything configurable per profile, is this really that important? If I want battery save mode, its two clicks away on the control centre... The in-ride issues should take priority - my phone still doesnt connect, I used my Wahoo Bolt yesterday for the first time in 6 months and I got a surprise when a message turned up mid-ride and I had done nothing to make sure my phone had connected.

    Software update to 1.342.1374 didn't bring the promised fix ... at least for me.
    Got a mail from Support on Nov 18th:

    Hi Henryk,
    We hope you continue to enjoy our iterative development.
    We are writing to inform you that we’ve made important improvements to reliably display your phone notifications on Karoo 2. A fix was pushed live by our developers yesterday.
    It should solve the problem, if you have any issues please feel free to get back to us!
