Password Reset Page states it is an invalid session

I have requested a password change for my Hammerhead Dashboard.

Hammerhead send a link which I click but the web page states in red at the top that it is  "an invalid session" and switches to the log-in page within a few seconds. I have tried three different browsers but the same thing occurs.

This is not a good start to Karoo ownership.

  Hi Simon - Sorry to hear that you're having trouble resetting your password. I am checking into that now. I see that you logged a support ticket for this as well. I have taken that ticket and will reply shortly with more information. Thanks!
