    I did have this issue but turned out the problem was my Wifi wasn't fully connected to the internet, although seemingly connected to the router. I stepped back on the setup wizard and reconnected a couple times until it was stable, then it worked fine.

    For us to isolate the issue, could you please answer the following questions?

    > Could you please make sure that your Karoo 2 is connected to an active internet connection when you try to login?

    > Could you please skip the Onboarding and try to login to your Hammerhead account under the "Settings" App?

    I have the same problem and it won't let me login after skipping the onboarding because it's not, uh, connected to wifi. This is very frustrating for a brand new unit. Anyway, I'm dead in teh water without a way to login despite going through all the available troubleshooting online.

    Williard, did you try connecting it to any other network like your phone hotspot?

    @Williard: Sincere apologies for the trouble caused and please be assured that we will go above and beyond to get this resolved for you. I assume that you have skipped the Onboarding process but you are unable to connect your Karoo 2 to Wi-Fi network and that is limiting you from logging into Hammerhead account. May I know the name of the Router that you are using?

    Could you try connecting your Karoo 2 to a different Wi-Fi network or over a mobile hotspot and see if that works?

    Me to. Also tried the Hotspot from my Cellphone but Always wrong Email or Password.
    When started the K2 for the 1st time and connected with my WiFi it downloaded an Update without any Problems...

    I am running into the same issue.
    Just received my K2.
    - connected to Wifi
    - downloaded latest updates
    - created an account in dashboard.hammerhead.io
    - logging in to my account from the K2 doesn't work.
    I can see the difference between introducing an incorrect password (fails immediately), amd introducing the right password (takes a while to return an error).
    I can perfectly logging using my mobile browser but not my K2.
    I tried disconnecting and reconnecting to the Wifi again, but still fails.
    I also tried to logging while connecting the K2 to my cellphone hotspot...
    This is very frustrating.

    Ok, after rebooting the unit and trying again it was able to login ... Maybe it requires to reboot after updating but there was no message for it or an automatic reboot (expected)

    Someone from your team told me that I've got to use my email address which that I've used to order my K2. So I did and it worked!

    same problem here , cant login , tried everything, new email address , passwords , skipped the onboard process everything , no joy , not happy doesn't bode well to say this is the dogs dangly bits

    Same topic here. WIFI was ok update was success but no sign in is possible. Restart didn't help.

    How can I skipp this process?

    Hi there-

    I had the same issue. Tried WIFI, password, etc., but I realized I had not actually gone to the Dashboard (after setting up Hammerhead account) and set up my account there as well. Once I did that it worked on the unit!

    Just had problems signing into my new Karoo 2, would not accept my email/password.

    Turns out I created a user profile on support.hammerhead.io which is where I was directed somehow.

    HOWEVER, you must create your user profile on dashboard.hammerhead.io, this is a completely different account and will work on your device..
