    I was logged out on my K2 and it took quite a few tries to get back in earlier … not sure if that’s related.

    Thanks Jonathan -- I took a look just after seeing your comment, and my Rides & Routes are now loading on the Dashboard windows.

    I just added a route for tomorrow so looks good but something was wacky earlier … between 2-4 ET for me.

    So frustrating.  I'm heading out on a two-week bike adventure tomorrow.  I spent an hour trying to get my routes to update.  After trying everything else, I finally reset to factory settings.  Then, after lots of trying I was finally able to log into my Karoo and now it's been over an hour trying to sync data.  If it eventually syncs properly, I will then need to reconnect all of my sensors and recreate my screen layouts.  Not sure what else.  If Hammerhead had sent out a notification about their downed website this never would have happened.  This is not the way I planned to spend my last night at home.  Ugg!  Thankfully, my wife is a saint.

    I too am unable to connect to the dashboard (for the past 45 minutes since around 730 Eastern), either on my Karoo 2 or online. Also, my Karoo has made it look like it has deleted my latest ride (and maybe all my rides).

    17h passed since Greg posted opening message of this thread. I still encounter the same problems. Uproad of rides also don't work from the Karoo 2. Hope it gets fixed fast.

    I’ve had issues uploading for weeks not hours. My Karoo needs to restart before it will upload and only then manually … annoying but it works.

    not working for me either. Dashboard website front page loads but nothing shows in Rides or Routes. Can anyone from Hammerhead chime in?
