error saving a new route

    Hi Richard, does this happen on Dashboard or on Karoo? also, please check the waypoints and if those are placed correctly - as these errors show up when the route is not navigable, so best to use "ignore path" option for those sections.

    This happens to me as well. Extremely frustrating!

    It’s on the Karoo 2 device, with newest updated software, proper maps downloaded, and WiFi connected. Even placing the waypoints some meters down the same road. Always “Failed to save route”.

    Is the Karoo 2 completely useless on its own (even with Wi-Fi)?
