Help, Karoo2 freezing pre or during ride for no reason

    If you haven't opened a support ticket already you might want to try a hard reset:

    Thanks for the suggestion, I’ve tried after you suggested it but after the hard reset the Karoo froze over the “language selection” screen.
    That’s very worrying. It can’t be good

    It might be something hardware. Quite frankly it started a few weeks back when the Karoo was messing with the gradient. I thought it was the new update and that they would fix it. But that didn’t happen because it wasn’t probably related to the software. Let’s wait and see. Thanks for you help anyway

    My pleasure Simone, I hope Ali and the team can sort it for you right away. I'm very much stuck in the past because of the forced abandonment of Shimano Di2 support in May 2022. I have two Di2 equipped bikes and so far the firmware updates that have been released since don't look worthwhile enough for me to jump ahead and go with the 3rd-party electronic shifting side-loaded apk so I tolerate the known faults of the day and will take a very long, hard look at any Karoo2 successor before I consider a hardware change under the SRAM/Hammerhead banner.
