Support, logins, multiple websites, passwords, a lost ride, software updates that won't DL
Hammerhead refers to themselves as a technology company. They are ANYTHING but. All of the issues that I am having with my Karoo 2 is software related. To add to the frustration, their customer support is sorely lacking, I cannot get answers to anything!!! This is one of the worst experiences that I have had in quite some time. I am a user for two months and all was good until Saturday the 17th. I just want to return the product at this point.
