    Isn't really good enough . I moved away from Garmin having been a loyal supporter for years but now having read all the recent issues being posted I'm seriously considering going back .

    Hi Jason, the issue with the Bluetooth audio not working is a top priority fix for us. It's being worked right now and should be available for the general public in the next few updates. I see developer action on it already, but depending on the test measure and the time taken for those - there could be a minimal delay, but rest assured the function will be added soon in a few weeks.

    Today I noticed the same problem as Jason mentioned 3 weeks ago.

    When I start a route the turn-by-turn sound works for the 2 first turns only.

    From turn 3 no sound notifications at all for the rest of the route....

    This is indeed very disappointing fopr a device of 500 euro.

    I bought my karoo 3 at release day. I didn't had this sound notification problem during my 1sr rides.

    Hi Ali, i bought my Karoo just a few days ago in Germany. Yesterday were my first ride. Everything works fine except the sound notifications. My Route was a planned Komoot-Tour (Gravelbike). After turn 2 no sound notifications at all for the rest of the route, except one time again in the middle. Optical notetifications worked for turn by turn.

    Peter and Harald, may I know if this is from the Bluetooth audio not working or the Audio alerts from the beeper on the Karoo not notifying on the turns?

    Hi Ali, in my case it was the beeper which was not functionally during the tour. As I mentioned there was a notificationbeep at the beginning of the tour and one time in the middle, but no more beeps. I have to say that this was my first round with the Kaoo.

    I will test it soon again, when i have finished my next Tour.

    Hello Ali. I have the same problem as mister Harald Hoess. No notification beebs during riding a tour.

    I didn't touch the bleutooth options.

    Can you help us? This is really unacceptable for a device of 500 euro....
