No, it’s not just you. I’m wondering if everyone is trying to download at the same time.

Same problem over here... I got to about 80% earlier but then it got stuck. Had to reboot. Tried to download again but it is very slow at the moment.

Here too, all I get is a "Download Failed. Please try again." message.

I did a factory reset and it worked after that. Had reset WiFi and all my sensors, and lost all other data. Hope I don’t need to do that every update😒

I think this is rather server related than Karoo itself. Meanwhile I've been able to download, very fluently.

My download still fails and never started. I have tried the factory reset several times, and the airplane mode download too, and nothing happened, just "download failed, try again later".

The problem does not seem to relate to the wifi, as when I do a factory reset, I need to synchronize my data from the dashboard and this works just fine.

Any ideas? Now I am back to the oldest settings (due to the factory reset) which is very annoying.

I show a 693mb update available.  I keep selecting Download and it will download approximately 1-10mb and then just stop.   I have tried different wifi networks with the same result.  There is no error message - it just stops and again shows download available.

The message is added "requires a restart", but it is not clear if that is required to download the update, or if the update ever successfully downloads.  I have tried restarting several times as well - no change in download completion.

After many tries, I did the factory reset. The update still wouldn't download over my home wifi.

Then I switched to using the hotspot on my cell phone: the download started immediately and went straight through.

My problem is solved: I took my Karoo with me to work and tried it on the wifi there and it worked directly. Although I was able to get my previous update over my home wifi, very strange.

What might have been the issue is that I was on a cycling weekend last days and ignored the update download over there as the wifi was terribly slow and would have never worked. I did all my dashboard activities over a mobile hotspot on my cell phone. And then when I came back home, it refused to do the download over my wifi, although the dashboard connection over wifi worked. There seems to be some kind of issue there.
