I've got a support case open for this as of yesterday (ref: #16687) but in the hope to see if others in the community have come across the same problem???
I was happily out on a ride, following a set route when I noticed that the screen had gone blank. I thought that it might have just gone to sleep so pulled over and tried to wake the Karoo again.
What I found was that when pressing the power button, the only thing that I can get to happen is what looks like activate the screen's backlight. I've tried as many combinations of pressing that button as I can think of but can't get it to do any more than as I've demo'ed in this recording for the support team:
On the advise of support so far, I've tried different chargers and cables but I didn't notice during the ride that the unit had any power issues. It was fully charged at the start of my ride, and the event happened about 1.5 hours into the ride.
I've also had an attempt at following the hard-reset guide but still can't get anything to show on the screen.
OS version at the time of having the problem: 22.214.171.124
