    @Gerard - May I know if the freeze occurred during the ride, and could you let us know if the freeze was on maps or data screen. Also was it a short or a long ride. 

    Could you please share these details of the ride i.e FIT file and GPX file with us at support@hammerhead.io?

    It was on the data screen when It started then froze. I rebooted three times while riding (i was on a group ride so I could not stop). I finally got it to work when I turned off cell and wifi. It was fine then.I will send you the file.

    I have had this problem before I will send you that file as well. I will send you the garmin data and the hammerhead data. The difference in the files will be the hammerhead is the shorter distance (because it crapped out on me.)

    I just had this same issue on latest firmware, I have reported it with upload of .fit file - first time karoo has let me down like this.

    I did add a new HRM to Karoo yesterday and this was first ride with it - no HR data visible at all - could it be related ?
