@ Jason-It looks like the activity might have recovered with errors, in which case Strava does not accept it. Could you please share the FIT file of this activity from the dashboard as well as the serial number of your Karoo to us at support@hammerhead.io

Ali, the activity is not syncing to the dashboard so I am not able to access the Fit file.

This has happened to me. But my unit did not die. Was there a solution to this?

The ride showed as recovered, I renamed it, but it won't show in Strava or dashboard.

@Jason and Sven - The acitivity might corrupted and not uploading to Dashboard or Strava.

You can get the activity from Karoo by connecting to computer and then upload the file to Strava.

Sven, When browsing the FIT files on my Karoo I found two .temp files. One was quite small and the other much larger. I uploaded the larger one to the website below and repaired the file. If I recall it ended up being a time stamp issue. The repaired file was then able to be uploaded directly from the repair website to Strava. Good Luck, Jason

I have another activity that the miles, time & elevation are much lower than they should be.

I was able to correct the miles & elevation on Strava website (don't know how accurate it is). But the time is still about half of what it should be.

Which tool can I use to correct the overall time?
