@Gareth - Thanks for your suggestion, however, we recommend using the Barfly bracket as the new Bracket foot has been designed considering these shortcomings.

I use K-edge mounts on two bikes and the Karoo fits tighter than on the Barfly mount.  Furthermore, the K-edge works great with computers that I have from two other manufacturers.

I'll wait for the new foot, but I think you have a lot of tolerance variations and other issues with the current foot that are the problem.  I very much doubt it's the K-edge mount.

I am on my 4th bracket foot and they all have the same issue. One of the two pawls that are supposed to drop in to the bracket foot do not seat fully, which allows the head unit to rotate a small amount. I received a new barfly and bracket foot today that were supposedly test fitted to ensure there was no issue. Unfortunately, the issue remains. Bottom line is the bracket foot is not compatible with the barfly adapter.

It is unfortunate that our options involve nerf bullets, tape and whittling the pawls on the barfly to optimize the fit.
