    Hey Allan - This issue occurs when there is no GPS found on Karoo, had been noticed on the previous update version, and there were improvements made in the latest version i.e. for the GPS fix to acquire.

    I may be wrong here, but could you please check the version of the software from Settings > About > Build number?

    If you are already on the version, please share the FIT file of these ride from your dashboard and the Serial number of your Karoo (from Settings > About > Status > Serial number) with us at support@hammerhead.io
