Activity refuses to upload

    Hey Chip, Sorry to hear about this, we will certainly help you in getting this resolved for you.

    I would like to know

    1. If Karoo is connected to the internet? You can check this by going into the Routes app, tap on add and see if you can get your current location.

    2. What happens when you try to upload the activity manually to Strava by tapping on the up-arrow (upload icon on top right) for that particular activity?
         Is there any error message displayed?

    3. You can sign out and sign in to Hammerhead account on Karoo, you would not lose the activity by doing this.

    Ali,

     

    Sorry it took so long to get back to this.  

    1) yes, I am connected.  When I do add-a-route, it shows my current position.

    2) When I tap on upload, it says it uploads, but nothing is showing up at Strava or Garmin.  I've tried multiple times.

    3) I have tried signing in and out, on the Karoo and on the computer, but nothing changed.

     

    If there are any other suggestions, please let me know.  This particular ride isn't all that important, but I'm reluctant to use the unit if i can't save any of my past activities.
