Hi Jonathan, This is a bit weird to see the issue on the chrome especially.
May I know if there is any error message on this?
What is the version of Chrome installed on your iPad?

    Thanks

Hi everyone, can you uninstall your chrome and reinstall it and try again. Even clearing cache/cookies or resetting your browser to default setting would be helpful.

    Thanks

Hey All, I checked this with the software team and it is reported as a bug limited to Chrome and iOS.
It happens when chrome autofills the username/password, the submit button is non-functional.
Could you please type the account details and see if the Submit button is functional?

I did as you suggest, still no function on the submit button.

manual entry just worked for me ... hopefully, I stay logged in since my password is a bit complex.

I tried again, it was OK on the 1st sign in, but then it remembers your password and doesn’t the 2nd time. It needs a proper fix.

Yes, typing the credentials manually works.  But it has too be done in a certain way (at least in my experience).  The only way I have ever gotten it to work is the following, in exactly this order

    1) copy password for password manager

    2) In Chrome, 'select all' in the username, delete and retype your email (since chorme has filled it in already, this step is important)

    3) paste password.  Hit return on keyboard, or submit.

Anything other than that order for me results in either a) the submit button on responding, or b) the password field being cleared of contents.

This is a bit of a PITA.  Makes using a password manager very difficult. (well, maybe not difficult, but annoying to be sure).  My password is also fairly complex.  I just don't trust anyone with passwords anymore, so I have a different one for every site.

yeah same ... I noticed the button state didn't change until the email was cleared ... hopefully soon enough.  Safari certainly works though Chrome is my default.

I can understand entering the details could be annoying, and sorry to say but this is being looked on as a software bug and entering the details manually is just a workaround for now. Thanks for understanding till the software team gets this fixed.
