    I've got the same issue. All my routes and activities had disappeared, tried logging out and back in again but getting the same "Invalid email address or password". Disappointing as I'm trying to create a route for tomorrow :-(

    Same here. Have reset password to login here but Karoo won't login.

    Smae for me and when I try and do a password reset, i get the an error that my email or password is invalid, also when trying to setup a new account.

    Same here - looks like they must be having an outage. 

    Here are my symptoms... 

    Logging in normally:  Invalid email address or password
    Attempting password reset:  Invalid email address
    Attempting new account creation: Invalid email address or password

    My Karoo also seems to have signed me out, and won't sign back in...

    Same issue here.....my email no longer valid and I am not able to reset the password. I tried doing it through Karoo and the Hammerhead website with no luck. Can someone please fix the problem...this is not the first time it has happened.

    You can still ride. The device should save your ride - you'll just have to upload it later.

    We all hope, because this is SW issue.
    It was on my screen when I turned On my Karoo initially to install the new SW update, which I REALLY, REALLY REGRET

    Andrey - I don't think it's an issue with the device - it's their backend system. I hadn't updated yet and it was still happening to me.

    Haha @Geoff, it'll be okay :)   It really is a great product & being so cutting edge they'll have a few growing pains as they improve our experience!

    Alex - I agree the potential is there... but I'm greatly disturbed by the lack of communication on the part of the Hammerhead team during these outages. I didn't get ANY kind of response from them until after they had fixed it. That's NOT okay.

    I think a big issue is the HH 'radio silence' that seems to go on for days at a time with them not responding to any posts.  They they seem to try to catch up by writing a message that probably repeats what another user has already advised on an earlier reply.

    I had the same issue trying to log in.  I suspect they were updating the servers.

    * I recommend Karoo management schedule the update so we can get a heads up.  Even a simple headline on the dashboard page will suffice.  I.e., manage expectations better.  It is ok to take the server down now and then if you have to, but *please notify in advance so we can plan around it*.

    Hey All, there were issues on the dashboard server and we have been looking out for different approaches to get this fixed since past few weeks this has been repeated often. Extremely sorry for the inconvenience.

    If we’re making recommendations, how about an architecture on the device that lets you follow a downloaded route without logging in. Thank goodness I still had my wahoo elemnt... updated with no hassles, synced my route and workout, and worked flawlessly on my ride. This isn’t cutting edge.

    I have placed this comments somewhere.

    Has HH ever thought of allowing to copy gpx route directly to the device without going though the dashboard first and allow to use it on a ride? Last weekend's shutdown of dashboard server has made a lot of riders frustrated with the current flow (dashboard first then to device). Dashboard is good but there is no need to tie up riders to it.
