You're not going to like this, but I strongly suspect this is because you've got too big an offline area or offline routes downloaded. Yes, Karoo should be able to handle it. But no, apparently it cant' handle it right now.

I have found a solution: factory reset....

@Alessandro After my last factory reset it only worked for a few days. After that the same problem returned: "Unfortunately, Ride has stopped" and no more map can be downloaded. I hope you have more luck with this.

The support told me that they are close to a solution.

@Alessandro- This has been identified as a bug which appears randomly on the screen. This has been addressed and notified to the software team and should be fixed in upcoming updates.

It may be that this problem has been fixed but since the last firmware-update it is back again.

Every download for offline-use stopped at 92% with this message.

Update 1.5.237..3 has caused many problems. With this software my karoo is no longer usable.

All downloads to make the routes offline ends in the message "Unfortunately, Ride has stopped"

After a few minutes the cycle start again. Please cancel this update since it does definitively not

    work properly!

Online routes are not useful in my area.

And when I cancel download I see for hours "Cancelling download"

At the moment this item is really not usable !
