    @Jonin- Could you please share the serial number of your Karoo and the FIT file of this ride if you saved it?

    I will pick this up immediately and would like to work on this with you.

    Serial #EIAE6HY9NBMBSGVW - never got to a FIT file as the ride never started.  Problem solved itself when I plugged the device back in to power and everything started working fine again.  That's until I updated to last weeks release. This morning device booted but then stayed at initializing for ages.  Three reboots later it got to the main page but every time you tried to start a ride it would go to initializing then back to the main screen. Have now, I think got it working, but I see the units had reset to metic and my customized page views have all gone. What joy.  Amazing, spent the last several weeks extolling the virtues of this device to people on group rides and now, nothing but problems.

    To add to this. When I go and try to edit pages it runs like a slug and hangs. Pages isn't responding message.  When I try to start a ride, I just get a blank screen with no data showing.  Its asking me to login but I am logged in. Seriously frustrating here.  I've had issues with Garmins in my life but nothing that couldn't be resolved by plugging it into the computer and booting it.

    Hallelujah, gave up and did a factory reset and the device is back now.  Up side is, unlike garmin, your custom data screens get restored! Downside, just like Garmin, I now have to re-pair the various sensors to the device.
