    I think you guys are using gmail which incorrectly blocks anyone sending from microsoft's 365 platform.

    You have the option to "Enable Google Groups for Business"
    If you want more control over gmail filtering, you can enable Google Groups for Business.  With that, you have more control over how spam messages are treated.

    Thanks for the replacement bracket foot which arrived today!

    I can confirm that it seems a perfect fit for the supplied barfly mount

    It is however a poor fit for the Canyon out-front mount which came as part of my main bike - there is a lot of movement (which I suspect is likely why the flange on the last foot broke).

    To remedy this I have simply placed a small square of rubber in the mount and this completely cures the problem

    The rubber I used came from an old inner tube (handy for small rubber bands if needed) I just cut a section off and then made a small flat square out of it its no more than 1mm thick and voila no more rattle seems solid!

    I have received an email with the bracket foot issue in may. since then haven’t receive anything. on 2th september my bracket foot as broken in both sides and I immediately have send an email reporting my problem and asking for the promised spare bracket foot. One week later I haven’t received any answer from you guys, and I had sent another email. One week later I still haven’t received any feedback. What should I do to you guys send me the spare promised bracket foot? Right now I’m not able to use my hammer head, and the broken pieces of the bracket are stuck in the suporte of the bracket. I’m really hope that by this way you can “listen” to my problem.
