    Hey Paul, sorry for the delay here. I was able to upload the URL on my Dashboard, so could you please log out and log in to Dashboard and see if that help.

    Hi Ali, it's working now, thanks.  Ready for club ride tomorrow.   Hopefully this is fixed permanently.

    Same problem here; unable to upload from Komoot: https://www.komoot.com/tour/48449099 

    Logging out and in again was no solution, pairing again with Komoot wasn't that either. Now I have to download the gpx, convert it with gpsies before can be uploaded to Karoo. And it worked flawlessly before the last update.

    I don´t know if your problem is fixed !?

    ... perhaps you have to reconnect Komoot to the Karoo-Software.

    There is a new Chrome Plugin-Version and I had to input my login-information.

    But I still have a question - I can´t find a way to jump from the Karoo-Dashboard to Komoot.
    (In the ´old´ dashboard there was an Komoot-icon on the map to jump to the Komoot-Software.)

    Everything OK now. There was something with the dashboard I believe, Marcus c.s. did fix it, and gave me some usefull information for Garmin connect. Everything is working properly, the Chrome plug-in included. Kudo"s for support.;-)
