Try using BTLE instead of ANT+, might work

@Ymen- Could you please share the serial number of your Karoo with us at support@hammerhead.io?

Hi I have the same issue. But it behaves differently every time. I can pair it with all the features the tacx neo has, speed, cadence, power, distance and some more. But it only picks only two selections. One speed, cadence and distance or power and cadence.  I can't use bleutooth as it is paired with my appletv for Zwift . But I really want power, speed and cadence visible on the Karoo.  I have send a support question combined with video of connecting and the disappearing sensors data.

With bleutooth it shows them correctly but then i miss the Zwift integration and the "road feel" option pushed down from Zwift to the neo.

Hi just a update. I have found a workaround by using cable from North Pole Engineering.

Now i can add the power output to the speed/cadence to bleutooth channel. As i need the bleutooth of the neo for zwifting :-)

While I'm using BT LE for connecting to my Tacx NEO (which gives me power, speed, distance, cadenc), I do think this should work with ANT+ as well. For Zwift I have a Tacx ANT+ USB dongle connected to my MacBook which gives me all I need on the Zwift end. So it's not impossible to connect to the Tacx NEO with ANT+, it supports FEC ANT+.

And this would also allow one to use the Karoo to replay an outdoor ride, thereby sending gradient changes to the Tacx NEO (which is possible from my other GPS bike computer, Garmin Edge 820).

Definitely needs a little more work on the ANT+ support side our Karoo.
