    Hi Dennis,

     

    You must be using IE browser, try using Chrome.

    Hi Ody,

    That was less than helpful. Several hours later I tried again with the same browser and had no issues. It appeared that there was an issue on the server side and not the client.

    @Ody - thanks for your help here, as this was an issue when the dashboard was changed and accessing the Dashboard from older bookmark may cause this issue.

    The dashboard works for me when I use Chrome, but it does not work when I use Internet Explorer.

    @Johnny - Did you try to delete the bookmarks and opening a fresh link to the dashboard on IE.

    Ali,

    I am noticing the same error, even with scrubbing bookmarks, I have no dashboard on IE, chrome seems fine.

    @Rodney - Could you please try loading the dashboard in private mode on IE? If this is working on Chrome then there is no issue on the dashboard or on your account.

    Ali - I'm not using my bookmarks to open the dashboard. I am using the link on the Hammerhead Karoo web site. I am also using a company computer, so maybe there is a setting that is blocking me. I will try it when I get home. I usually use Chrome at home, so I haven't noticed the problem there.
