We’re aware that the latest software release increased battery drain during rides for many users. Our software team has been fully focused on resolving this issue, and we’ll release a fix as soon as it’s available. We apologize if this issue has affected your ability to go on long rides using Karoo.
We are working full steam to test some changes internally. Once we’re confident that we’ve addressed the issue, we’ll share the update with the Advanced Testing Group. If they give us the green light, we’ll release the fix to all Karoo users.
In the meantime, if you find battery performance is significantly impacted during your ride, please take a bug report once the activity is saved. Here's how to do it.
