@All - I would be raising this with the software team and would need to investigate on this.
Could you please let us know when does this happen?

Is it while downloading multiple offline sections at a time?

Would it be possible to capture a screenshot of the error message?

@Ali, I filed two issues via the Support button in the lower right (Zendesk):

    * the fact that the software update has removed my already downloaded Offline Map Sections and the download needs to happen again. This is a painful process as it is terribly slow (which seems to be another known issue)

    * the fact that I can not `Add` a new Offline Map Section. I consistently get the error reported above.

No. It happened while simply downloading the latest software update for the battery drain issue. I have logged out and back in to my account still no difference. It has downloaded several of my routes yet again but not all of them BUT HaS yet to download any offline map sections

Could you guys please share the error screenshot?

I need to escalate this to the software team as soon as possible.

I tried deleting an offline map section nearest to my location and then added it back....still says queued

@David - Do you have any routes download in progress or Queued up?

@Ali, yesterday evening, all my Offline Map Sections were listed as Queued and the first started downloading. By morning, all where downloaded again.

When I'm home from work, I'll provide a pictures for the other problem.

@Ringo - We have also received your ticket. Could you please share the pictures with us on the same email conversation?

@Ali, I have sent the pictures via the Zendesk email ticket.

I had the same symptom, almost all old routes queued, only a couple available offline. I tried switching the old queued ones off so I could download the latest but that stayed queued overnight. when I switched online off and on again for that route it just says waiting.

I can't now turn the off line off on the route that is waiting.

@Bob - May I know if you have tried to log out and log in from the Hammerhead account?

I hadn't but I have just done it and no change. I have 2 routes that I want to use today, in about 1 hour and both are now queued. The one that was waiting has now changed to queued.

I did try going to plane mode etc and just loading a map section but that also gets queued.

Could you please check if there are any other routes/maps download in progress?

You can also try to reboot the Karoo which should start the download again.

My Karoo was fine when I booted it up after the battery update (last update). But just now I booted it up to sync a new route on it, and it's downloading my offline area again, and all my routes are queued. What a pain. I guess this is because of the Mapbox version revert that's in this version, but it helps illustrate how the fundamental design of the software is a nightmare (hands up if you've had this sort of problem quite a lot?).

Hands up I have had multiple issues with the offline map sections!!  It’s frustrating that there has been constant promises from HH to fix the issue, yet it has remained unresolved.

This has been an issue troubling us too, however, when we upgraded to Mapbox 6 the issue seemed to be resolved to a greater extent. Unfortunately, we had to roll back the version to control the high battery drain on the Mapbox 6. The software is working to get the Mapbox upgraded again but with a better battery performance - being in touch with the Mapbox team.
