    I am having this same issue, every 10-20 minutes, every ride, the device just restarts and ‘auto-recovers’ the ride, which is obviously useless.

    When is this going to be properly fixed because it’s kind of taking the p*ss for a £3-500 bit of kit...

    I have just started having this issue after the latest update. Stopped mid-ride two days in a row. Plenty of battery, no unusual bumps, no touch interactions with the unit. First time it just shut down and I didn't notice until I looked down to see a blank screen. Today it restarted automatically. At least it saved the part of the ride before it shut down but I was pretty upset this morning when it quit in the middle of a segment I'm pretty sure I was going to PR.

    Both times it was the initial ride of the day and, at least yesterday, I was able to get a ride in later where the unit did not quit.

    Strange but after the last update, my Karoo does the same.

    I did not see it rebooting but suddenly the bike logo is on the screen with a blinking green circle.

    This happens 1 or 2 times in each ride.

    Now it even happens when i leave my Karoo in house. It's in ride paused and after 5 min the bike logo was back on the screen.

    Same here...Mine keeps resetting mid ride every time i use it...Very, very frustrating!! Any help will be greatly appreciated....

    It seems that they forgot us.


    I have 2 Karoo's, the last one i did order it for my wife. That Karoo is working beter.
    Even the TBT is faster on screen while mine is waiting (for the same route).
    Then i get the Rerouting message the complete ride. Same route on the other Karoo at the same ride was ok.
    So there must be a different in hardware with the first Karoo's and the current one's.
