Hi Erik - This is very strange to see the issue on your Karoo. May I know if you are getting any error message while downloading the maps? Could you please share the screen behaviour while downloading these maps?

Another download seems to work now. But when I try to delete the one that didn't downloaded, I cannot delete this one.

On first screen there's zh01, I swipe left and delete (screen 2). I see it's deleted (screen 3). I switch to previous screen (screen 4). Now I switch back to Offline Maps again and suprise!!! (screen 5) It's (zh01) back...

Thanks for the pictures, as these are very very helpful.

Have you tried to reboot the Karoo, or sign out and sign back in on the Hammerhead account?

BTW zh02 was already downloaded completely, but right now it's downloading again from 24%

This is very strange to see, but I have been able to reproduce this and have reported it to the software team. We might have to clear the offline map data cache. You need to enable the developer mode in order to that. Once that is done go to Apps > Tap on 3 dots on top right hand corner > Show system > Offline maps > Storage > Clear data and cache.

Let me know if this is helpful.

This happens when the section of the maps download shows '...', it is impossible to delete the section then. So try and get that section to start downloading, and if you wish to delete it then, you can do that.

I'm also having issues downloading maps on my new replacement Karoo.  I'll try to put together a post tomorrow to explain what is happening.  However, there should be easier ways to deal with these issues than doing hard reboots or using the developer mode.
