Dear hammerhead team,
About two weeks ago I posted a message about my broken bracket foot. I quickly received a respons where I was asked to send a photo of my broken bracket foot. I immediately tried to do so, but I couldn't respond on the mail due to spam classification. So I posted another message (broken bracket foot and new update 2.0) here on the "tips and troubleshooting", in which I told you that I could't respond on your email and which also included a photo of my broken bracket foot. Then I received a new respons from you guys, in which you told me that you would immediately send me an email to make sure I would receive a new bracket foot. But I never received this email.
At the moment i'm tired of waiting, since I am not a step further then two weeks ago. I hope you will finally help me, because I would like to be able to use my hammerhead again when going out for a ride.
