    Hi Max, I am not able to see your emails in the spam folder too. I would have allowed your address to be unclassified as spam otherwise. However, I have placed an order for your bracket foot. You would have received an email with the order confirmation. Let us know here if you have not receive the order details.

    I have received the email containing an order for 2 spare bracket foots. Thank you very much for helping me. I tried to send you an email, but I still can't send it due to the spam classification. I have send you emails before and I'm sure that you have received some of them. Is it possible to declassify my address by using those emails?

    @Ali - I think you need to take up your spam processing with your ISP. It's probably happening at that level, which is why you can't see it in your spam folders.

    Classifying all of gmail as spam seems a little harsh! Your ISP needs to sort out a whitelist, or preferably change their blacklist and take gmail out of it.

    I've notified to the person who manages the spams and contents moderation queue. If it is an issue on our end, we should be able to resolve this.
