Speed/Cadence Sensor Connectivity?

    @David - Does it connect to Karoo on ANT+ Or on Bluetooth? Could you please share the serial number of your Karoo with us at support@hammerhead.io

    We would definitely like to look into it.

    I confirmed that it runs on Bluetooth.  I tried it this morning with the 1.42.600.3 update and it did not work.  The system says it connected, but speed, distance, and cadence data aren't showing up.  I tried repairing the sensors and disabling ANT+, but it didn't help.  I confirmed that the sensors are working with my GPS watch.  I also made sure to disable the sensor connectivity with my watch before testing with Karoo.

    Try moving the sensor up or down in the stack. I've had the same issue and moving the sensor up or down in the priority list after starting your ride (hold the lower right hand button down for a couple seconds to get to the launcher screen & select sensors) has gotten the unit to show cadence again. Did this once and it held for several rides. Just did it again the other day and it has held so far. My sensors are Ant+. so I don't know if you'll see the same results with Bluetooth sensors.

    I do know HH is aware of the issue and is working on it.

    I just tried it.  Unfortunately, it didn't work on mine...I'll try it again this afternoon.
