My Karoo keeps on crashing and rebooting

    I factory resetted the device from the settings and downloaded the offline area map again. Did not work. Is there another way to do the factory reset?

    Thanks for help @Steve and sorry for a late reply Tuomas.

    Let me know if the factory reset has made any difference. If not we will look further into it and replace the unit if needed due to invalid reboots.
