Side buttons stop working during a ride.

    I have never performed a factory reset from the recovery option.  As I mentioned this has happened 4 or 5 times max. in over 350 rides.  I am most interested in knowing if it is possible to save a ride without using the top left button:  In other words saving a ride with only screen swipes.

    Hi John - sorry for the delayed response. Other than the buttons, there are no ways to save the ride. Please try a factory reset and let us know in the ticket with the support. So we can follow up accordingly.

    I did the factory reset.  I've reloaded all my information and everything seems to be back to where it should be.  I assume this is supposed to cure all ills and I I should be good to go again.  Anything else?
