    Hi Martijn, this sounds like the unit is unresponsive and might need a replacement. Have you tried a factory reset from the recovery menu? If not, the article below provides you step by step instruction to perform a reset.

    If you have already tried all of these - then please share the serial number of your Karoo with us in an email to support@hammerhead.io.

    You can find the serial number under Settings > About > Status > Serial number

    I performed the reset, as in the link was explained. Stil no touchscreen available. I send hammerhead an email. Thanks!!
