My Hammerhead Karoo device shows an issue. The touch screen does not work anymore.
After a ride last saturday 27 of April, the touch screen of the divive stopped responding. Therefor, I was unable to sign in on my divice with the pin nummer of my sim card. There is still 37% battery life. After I removed the sim card, I was able tot start the divice without the pin nummer. Then, could scroll through the menu using the side buttons , but the touchscreen still didn't work. After that I performed a factory reset. This too did not resolve the problem.
Is this a known issue? Is there anything else I can try to fix this problem? Can I send my divice back for repair? My order number is; #109711, the preriod of waranty has not yet expired.
