    I had the same problem soon after downloading ATG software version.1.64.641.3. The only option I had at that point was to do a factory reset.

    Since then, my Karoo has worked better than it ever has!

    Hi Jeroen - Yes, please do a factory reset. This has been raised by the ATG earlier and will be fixed. As of now, it is nothing major and more of a false alarm.

    Hi Ali, this is not a false alarm! 

    My device was completely blocked this way for hours - had to do a ride with strava on my phone - why do I have this device then?

    The factory reset is not easy to perform.

    Please extend the screen to free data with real options to free data - like remove maps that can be downloaded again so the free space comes available for the system. And make it so the system always boots and menu becomes fully available - no hanging in a blinking black/white screen.

    This way it's not working like it should - factory reset should not be the only option!
