    Michael - not sure why the messages aren't getting through. I have even tried to reach you through my official email rather the ticket tool, but have not seen any response from you. Could you please try and send email to us using an alternate email address?

    Michael - I have received a response that your email address wasn't found and It delivery got rejected. Please send me an email through an alternate id or you may contact us over the facebook message.

    I have sent both you and Mahboob emails from two other email addresses I have. Don't know why there is a problem on your end with my emails. I have only received emails from you from your support email address and MahBoob's personal email from hammerhead. I sent a video of my device to Mahboob as requested. Please let me know what I need to do to get this unit replaced

    Mahboob typed in my email address incorrectly. I just sent him the serial number from the device. This is really painful! In today's world to have this much difficulty in getting service is really unacceptable. I am not angry with you or Mahboob only the process. If you really want to be the world's best the way Hammerhead handles service issues really needs to change.

    Hi Ali and Mahboob I received your emails on my other email address. When I replied back I got a message back saying not delivered
