I went for a ride last week and upon returning home plugged in my device to charge. it was at 41% the battery charge symbol came on and when i came in to check on the progress a while later my device had shut down. I cant get it to turn on and dealing with support by email is painful at best. It was suggested i reset the device which would be great if it would turn on. After no response to my reply I came back on the site and expressed my frustration. I received a email apologizing for the frustration caused and it again suggested I reset the device. Again no response to my return emails. I noticed several other people have had a similar issue and any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
