    Have you downloaded an offline map for your area if your not using a sim ? My unit didn’t come with any maps pre installed hence the blank screen

    I didn't download offline maps as my device could not hook on to our ship's internet,Iwill try to download it on land Thanks for the advice,much appreciated.
