Can't upload recovered to Strava.
CompletedI had a reboot towards the end of the ride. The ride was recovered (I named it: Roscoe part 1). I started a new ride and competed the ride. I saved the ride (I named it: Roscoe part 2). Both rides show up in the activities. The second ride (part 2) uploaded to Strava without a problem. The recovered ride (part 1) will not upload. I did a manual entry for the part 1 ride data. To make sure the Karoo was still talking to Strava I tried to upload a previously uploaded ride to Strava and got the message the ride was previously uploaded (which I expected). I'm guessing the recovered ride (part 1) is corrupted in some way. When I go into activities and look at the ride the ride summary data is all there.

Hi John,
It seems that the recovered ride is corrupted somehow as it is not uploading to Strava. We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. If you could share the FIT file of the relevant activity at support@hammerhead.io , we will be able to investigate the issue and see what exactly has happened in this case. Also, please let us know what is the exact error message you are getting when trying to upload the FIT file manually to Strava.

Since the activity is not reflected on the Dashboard, let me help you with a link that shows complete steps to download the FIT file from Karoo by connecting it to PC. Please check if you are able to find the FIT file in this way.

I had the same thing. Battery empty after a 100k ride. At home after charging, I saw my ride was recovered and saved on the Karoo2. However no upload to the dashboard or Strava. Also tried a manual upload to strava via the route details on the Karoo but still nothing happened. After reading this article I downloaded the .fit file onto my PC and imported it to strava on my PC. This worked! However I am curious why the auto upload did not do its work. Strava could read the file without hesitation.

@Walter: Could you disconnect Strava from your Dashboard and link it again? If the issue still persists, please follow the below workaround and see if that helps?
Step 1: Logout of the Hammerhead account on the Karoo.
Step 2: Power off the Karoo completely.
Step 3: Close the Dashboard completely and log in to the Hammerhead Dashboard on Incognito mode or private browsing.
Step 4: Disconnect Strava from connected Services on the Dashboard and connect to Strava again.
Step 5: Agree to the Strava new token Authentication.
Step 6: Power ON the Karoo and login to your Hammerhead account. Please keep us posted on the outcome.

Same happened to me. I finished a ride, deliberately turned off the Karoo while I was in a store so it would stop beeping and attracting nasty glares (bookshop!), and then turned it back on and started my second ride. Unfortunately this ride is on my Karoo2 only but doesn't show up in the Dashboard. Looks like this is a more or less confirmed bug then, with at least 3 reports.
