    Hi All,

I would like to update you all that we have taken this issue further with our team. We are sure that we will improve this UI behaviour in our software releases this quarter. This is currently a work in progress.

We hope to see the improvement sooner than later!

Hi all, it can be swiped up to dismissal. Check for the action in a GIF here: https://support.hammerhead.io/hc/en-us/community/posts/1260802067350/comments/4403165242779

Tried swiping up many times. Didn't work. Swiping to switch pages left and right with a light touch works extremely well and fast. The lower navigation messages and drawer swiping works as well, just NOT the upper warning. Zero.

I can't get this message to go away either. Swiping up doesn't work for me.

Swiping does not work for a Low sensor battery warning from the top, its stays the whole ride too, very annoying.

Same here. Swiping up low battery indication for Powerpod doesn't work.

Same here, I got a message for Di2 low battery two days ago. Swiping up did exactly nothing.
Btw I don't see how a video of someone swiping a screen would help, kind of a joke to request a customer to go through the effort tbh. Or is this to confirm the issue exists and is not made up or what? There have been enough users now confirming the issue I think...

I discovered this thread, since I own A Karoo 2 and a Bryton Gardia 300L - I think that low battery issue still exists. Just at about 50% of the Gardia Battery the Karoo starts telling me "low battery" for the Gardia, with about 3-4 hours of battery life remaining...

That should be changed to something like 20% or even less.

Hope this is going to be solved soon.

Did you try swiping upwards on the message? That seems to remove most of those types of visual obstructions from the active display.

I had the same problem. Could not find a way to dismiss this warning while riding my bike. I've tried several things and then at some point it disappeared but it was no obvious to me what finally did the trick. IMHO any kind of interaction (touch, swipe) should just dismiss the banner.

Hi Ali, thanks for clarifying this. At least I know now what to try the next time. But as written, it did not work reliable on the road. (I believe it does in the simulator.) Maybe the touch target can be improved / enlarged a little and thus the operation made more reliable.

Why is tbis marked "answered"?  It is not solved. Swiping up does NOT work on my unit. Bottom swipes work fine, but NOT top of screen.

I got a Radar very low battery warning turning it on at home.  I tried swiping up away and it still DID NOT WORK.  Then exiting and going back in, it wasn't there. I tested the battery on the Garmin and it was full.

Swiping up worked for me sometimes when I got a notification that my power meter was low on charge. So far so good. But why is this message reappearing every 10 minutes?! Please add the possibility to dismiss the warning until the ride is finished. This drives me crazy!

@Shruti I still have the Radar low battery warning these days (Hammerhead v1.367.1462, Garmin Varia RTL525 software up to date too), which still shows up even when the Radar has been disconnected and is already back to full charge. That is:

    1- Go for a ride
    2- Radar battery low
    3- Hammerhead shows warning notification
4- Finish ride, upload, turn off
5- Recharge Radar battery to 100%
6- Turn on Hammerhead, warning is still visible
7- Pair fully charge Radar, warning is still visible

    Hi Ruben,

Thanks for bringing this up! Could you let me know if you notice the battery notification persists even after removing the Radar from your sensor list and pairing the sensor with the Karoo once again?

@Akhil - that seems to have fixed the issue. No low battery warnings after a couple of rides. I'll write back if it persists again. Thanks!

    Hey Claude,

Sorry to hear that issue continues to persist on your Karoo! We would love to look into this issue, Would you please share a short video clip of the low battery notification on your Karoo 2 by running by connecting your Radar and starting a ride on the Karoo. You need not record it on a ride but just on your desk.

Do mail it to us at support@hammerhead.io and we will ensure to take this forward to our team :)
