Hi Hammerhead,

1) Live Track - Status Symbol

would it be possible to add a little status symbol on the very top of the display when live tracking is active (that means really actively sending out a position)?

Since there are many options that the live tracking is not working (e.g. flight mode on, SIM-Connection off, Wifi-Hotspot-Connection off, GPS-Position off) it would be nice be sure in one glance that my family/friends can track my route.

2) Live Track - show already covered distance/ route

As far as I checked it out, the Live-Track-Platform shows only the riders position and the planned route. 

Would it be possible to also show the already covered distance/route?

3) Feature: Auto-Send-Out of Link & Information to specified recipients when starting a ride

4) Feature: Share Live-Tracking-Links also via Whatsapp (e.g. via Bluetooth Connection with cell phone)

  The points which you are posted are awesome suggestions and this will definitely reach the proper team. I have also added Gunnar's vote on the color tip added.

  That request is very important to me and my love ones, be able to get a text message to a emergency contact as soon I start my ride with the link for track my ride.

  Agree! I've already made this request directly to Hammerhead. Both Wahoo and Strava already provide this functionality.

  VERY IMPORTANT! Good to see them on a roadmap, or at least on the road to the proper team. ;) 
  All requested items are desperately needed, although for me in a different order of importance:
  
  Most: 3. Auto-Link 
  Very: 2. covered distance/ route (and ETA)
  Good: 1. Tracking Symbol
  Nice: 4. Sharing Options

  I must confess that  I've only bought my karoo 2 because I own a smartwatch that is live tracking capable.

  Otherwise I would be opting for other one.

  I think that this is a mandatory feature. I won't go for a ride alone without live tracking. I know that I can share a link to my contacts. But most of the time I'm in a hurry to get on my bike after work for my training ride and it's a peace of mind when you have a device that automatically sends a message to your selected contacts warning them that you've started a ride with a link to follow you.

  Looking forward for this one to be implemented ;)
