I have had so many HRM problems with Karoo 2 over the past 3-4 months. Replaced my old HRM with two new different brand HRMs (with batteries replaced regardless of them being newly purchased - I thought the first HRM was defective and bought a Garmin Dual HRM!) and had similar results. Karoo 2 drops them off after 40-50+ minutes from start and can't find them or would show the same low reading for over 10 minutes and then would start going down to ridiculously low figures. After so many episodes of similar issues, a bike shop tested the same HRM with Garmin 830 along with Karoo 2 and found out the 830 kept going with readings while Karoo 2 displayed "No Sensor" after approximately 50+ minutes in two test trials. I have been working with the support team and they have been trying to help but haven't found a resolution yet. Hopefully, it is a freak defective device issue since the device is fully up-to-date with the latest version.
