Unfortunately, my mount broke today. Where can I get the replacement part?

I too would be interested to know as I have got one of those as well. (Not an urgent need as I have a spare HH mount and anyway have gone back to quarter-turn mounts everywhere for now.) I suppose some of the 3d-printed adapters for using the K2 with third-party mounts would work but the question is which.

Hi Anna and Sigeb,

I’ve had one puck (top part of the mount) break on me thus far. HH replaced it at not cost to me. I suggest emailing them with some images of the broken mount/puck and they likely look after it for you. You can do this by logging a ticket/submitting a request.

J'ai aussi cassé mon support (comme sur la photo) c'est certainement un défaut de conception ou une matière pas adaptée. J'ai envoyé un dossier à HH, et ils ont été super efficaces et très sympas, 5 jours plus tard il y en avait un tout neuf dans ma boîte à lettre. Merci au service après vente de HH
